The first version of the Faure Family Favourites was printed as a hardcopy book in 1993 for my sons, Philippe and Paul. Over the years, the boys have asked me to update the cookbook, which I never seemed to find the time to do. Now, instead of updating the hardcopy book, I think it is time to “move with the times” and create an online version. This version will be easier to access and update.
